  • Collections are available at our following outlets during the operating hours:

      Monday - Thursday: 10am to 6:30pm
      Friday - Sunday: 10am to 9:30pm

    • Rise Bakehouse @ Potong Pasir

      Monday - Thursday: 11am to 7pm (Closed Tuesdays)
      Friday - Sunday: 11am to 9pm 

  • For a smooth pick-up process, kindly present your order number or store receipt to the staff on duty. Should you require more candles, please let us know at the same time.

 

Deliveries

  • Deliveries are at $25 flat fee for each location/date/time slot (not applicable for Sentosa, Tuas, Jurong Island and other restricted areas).

  • Deliveries to Sentosa is subject to an additional $10 charge. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to Jurong Island, Tuas and/or restricted areas of Singapore.

  • Deliveries happen between a time range of 11am to 6pm daily. The team is unable to advise on the specific time range that the delivery will reach you. Specific time deliveries are subject to an additional $10 charge.
  • Kindly provide us with the recipient's name, full delivery address and contact number for all deliveries. Should there be a situation where the recipient is not available, the item will be left at the nearest point of the delivery address (door, guardhouse, etc).

Job Openings:

1. Cafe Supervisor (Full Time)

Key responsibilities:

  • Supervision of day-to-day operations and maintain smooth daily work flow
  • Responsible for managing proper inventory levels by working with vendors to place orders for both perishable and non-perishable supplies
  • Monitor cafe crew to prepare and expedite orders while upholding the highest standards for recipe adherence, product quality, consistency and presentation
  • Enforce concept of “First In First Out” by checking on product expiry dates, rotation of display products and to reduce wastage
  • Ensure overall cleanliness of cafe and storage are clean, tidy and organized
  • Handle customer complaints calmly and professionally by taking appropriate courses of action to resolve problems according to the company’s policy and maintain customer satisfaction at the same time
  • Resolve any emergency problems that may hamper smooth operations of the cafe
  • Lead by example and motivate staff to maintain excellent customer service and provide positive purchase experience
  • Documenting and keeping all cafe crew accountable for employee issues (punctuality, tardiness, absenteeism, lack of performance)

2. Kitchen Chef (Full Time)

Key responsibilities:

  • Providing consistently quality food for all customers by closely following cafe recipes and procedures
  • Responsible for maintaining quality and consistency of dishes served from the menu
  • R&D, development of western & fusion menu specials
  • Maintain hygiene and safety standards of the kitchen
  • Training of kitchen staff
  • Able to manage cost and inventory

Job requirements:

  • Familiar with basic and intermediate western culinary techniques
  • Up-to-date with culinary trends and optimized kitchen processes
  • Positive attitude and able to be proactive in the workplace
  • Willing to take responsibility for the constant quality of our products served
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time in a fast paced environment
  • Clean and organised (able to clean as they go)


Working hours: 5 day shift work
