Job Openings:

1. Cafe Supervisor (Full Time)

Key responsibilities:

  • Supervision of day-to-day operations and maintain smooth daily work flow
  • Responsible for managing proper inventory levels by working with vendors to place orders for both perishable and non-perishable supplies
  • Monitor cafe crew to prepare and expedite orders while upholding the highest standards for recipe adherence, product quality, consistency and presentation
  • Enforce concept of “First In First Out” by checking on product expiry dates, rotation of display products and to reduce wastage
  • Ensure overall cleanliness of cafe and storage are clean, tidy and organized
  • Handle customer complaints calmly and professionally by taking appropriate courses of action to resolve problems according to the company’s policy and maintain customer satisfaction at the same time
  • Resolve any emergency problems that may hamper smooth operations of the cafe
  • Lead by example and motivate staff to maintain excellent customer service and provide positive purchase experience
  • Documenting and keeping all cafe crew accountable for employee issues (punctuality, tardiness, absenteeism, lack of performance)

2. Coffee Barista (Full Time)

Key responsibilities:

  • Providing consistently quality beverages and products for all customers by closely following cafe recipes and procedures
  • Ensuring customer-centred service by following cafe policies and procedures
  • Making an effort to learn about the cafe industry and local community demands, to better address customer questions and inquiries, and to learn and grow in personal coffee knowledge
  • Serving drinks and building positive rapport with customers
  • Working to a high standard in a fast paced environment with attention to detail
  • Being able to commit and be reliable to the scheduled hours, knowing that they might change from one week to the other

Job Requirements:

  • Basic latte art skills
  • Positive attitude and able to be proactive in the workplace
  • Willing to take responsibility for the constant quality of our products served
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to switch between cafe roles, food prep, cleaning, cashiering and drinks when needed
  • Clean and organised (able to clean as they go)

3. Head/Assistant Pastry Baker (Full Time)

Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for selection, training, mentoring & scheduling of the pastry team
  • Ensure that all recipes and product yields are accurately costed and reviewed on a regular basis
  • New product development for a variety of products for consumer or corporate clients
  • Ensuring that every product that leaves the bakery is to the highest quality and standard
  • Ensure that all food items and dishes are prepared according to standard recipe whilst maintaining portion control and minimizing waste
  • Ensure that inventories of consumable stock levels are at sufficient quantity and quality in relevance to each outlet's occupancy forecasts
  • Maintaining food hygiene and safety standards as per company policy 

Job requirements:

  • Have at least 2 years of experience in a professional bakery
  • Team leader with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work with members on tasks & deadlines
  • Ability to bake high quality products that are uniform and consistent
  • Creative, abreast of upcoming bakery trends and able to R&D new items
  • Motivated and hard-working, able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and able to be proactive in the workplace
  • Clean and organised (able to clean as they go)

4. Kitchen Chef (Full Time)

Key responsibilities:

  • Providing consistently quality food for all customers by closely following cafe recipes and procedures
  • Responsible for maintaining quality and consistency of dishes served from the menu
  • R&D, development of western & fusion menu specials
  • Maintain hygiene and safety standards of the kitchen
  • Training of kitchen staff
  • Able to manage cost and inventory

Job requirements:

  • Familiar with basic and intermediate western culinary techniques
  • Up-to-date with culinary trends and optimized kitchen processes
  • Positive attitude and able to be proactive in the workplace
  • Willing to take responsibility for the constant quality of our products served
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time in a fast paced environment
  • Clean and organised (able to clean as they go)

5. Marketing & Sales Executive (Flexi WFH)

Key responsibilities:

  • Photography, filming & editing of F&B based content
  • Copywrite & conceptualize F&B based content
  • Plan & curate monthly content calendar
  • Create and design consistent, highly creative collaterals for social media, company website & instore POP
  • Research, analyse and present fresh ways to execute social content
  • Replying customers' enquiries via email & WhatsApp
  • Coordination of cake orders & acquire new event clients
  • Analysis of key insights for marketing efforts
  • Seek collaborations with brands & KOLs

Job requirements:

  • Basic photography & video editing (IG reels & TikTok)
  • Adept in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Canva and CapCut
  • Possess strong command of English (written and spoken)
  • Strong multi-tasking skills and able to tackle challenges in a fast-paced environment positively
  • Creative, has a good eye for aesthetics & detail
